Friday evening, September 19

  • Haystack Supper 4-6PM
  • Gospel Singing by Gracie Martin & Band 6-7PM
  • Auction 7PM

Saturday, September 20

  • Breakfast 8AM
  • Auction 9AM – ?
  • Children’s Activities 10AM-1PM
  • Pulled Pork BBQ 11AM-2PM

Typical Items for sale:

  • Quilts
  • Service Tickets
  • Pedal tractors
  • Fall décor
  • Tools
  • Food

On September 19, 20, the 53rd Annual Bake Sale & Auction Day will be held on the school grounds.   All proceeds from the auction will go toward the expenses of the school.  You may donate funds, purchase ad space in our sale catalog, or donating items or gift cards to be sold over auction (links below).  We really appreciate advance commitment of large items or cash as this will help us with advertising for the sale.

We request delivery of donated items by Thursday evening, September 18, or make arrangements with the committee. Weavertown School is a 501(c)(3) organization so all donations are tax deductible and you will receive a receipt.
